(Grief, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Anger Management, Self-Esteem, Life Transitions, Social Skills, and more) 1 Session: $75 6 Sessions (paid upfront): $420 → saves $30 ($70 each) 12 Sessions (paid upfront): $780 → saves $120 ($65 each) Client Benefits (included in every package) Personal journal for reflections Tailored workbook (for specialized services like grief, self-care, coping skills, etc.) One free Speak Ya Peace™ group session per month Invitations to community events (skating, bowling, movies, luncheons, etc.) Additional Information Sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due upfront to secure appointments. Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Shop Pay Installments (via website) Requests for in-person sessions at a client’s location are considered on a case-by-case basis and approved at the counselor’s discretion. A $20 travel fee applies when travel is accepted. Sessions are non-refundable but transferable with 48-hour notice. Confidential, tailored to each client; virtual or in-person options available.
Cancellation Policy
What We Are Serenity Divine Care provides counseling and coaching services designed to build coping skills, self-esteem, communication, and life balance. We are not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911. Confidentiality We keep your information private to the fullest extent allowed by law. Limits to confidentiality include risk of harm to self/others, suspected abuse/neglect of a child or vulnerable adult, or a valid court order. Session Length Standard sessions are 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments Payment is due upfront to reserve your appointment. Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Shop Pay Installments (via website). Packages must be paid in full at purchase to receive the discounted rate. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48-hour notice required to reschedule without forfeiting your payment. Sessions are non-refundable but transferable once within 30 days of the original date (subject to availability). Arriving 15+ minutes late may be considered a no-show and the session may be forfeited. No-Shows Missed appointments without notice are charged in full and are not eligible for transfer. Package Expiration 6-session packages: use within 3 months of purchase. 12-session packages: use within 6 months of purchase. Unused sessions expire on the timelines above. Location & Travel Virtual or in-person options are available. In-person sessions at a client’s location are approved at counselor discretion. When approved, a $20 travel fee applies. Groups & Workshops Minimum of 3 participants. Group fees are per person and due upfront. Group transfers are allowed once with 48-hour notice. Communication Scheduling and brief logistics may occur by phone, text, or email. Clinical coaching/counseling is conducted during sessions, not via text or DMs. Minors A parent/guardian must consent to services for clients under 18 and may be asked to attend part of the first session. Telehealth Consent By booking a virtual session, you consent to receive services by secure video/phone and agree to have a private, distraction-free space. Conduct & Safety We maintain a respectful, substance-free, hate-free environment. We may discontinue services if safety, harassment, or policy violations occur. Documentation / Insurance Upon request, we can provide a paid receipt. We do not bill insurance directly; out-of-network reimbursement (if any) is the client’s responsibility.
